Events Platform Manager

Lead the technical and strategic management of the Events and Congresses platform within OneCRM US, including system enhancements, data governance, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Oversee user acceptance testing, service ticket processes, and drive improvements for scalable event platform solutions supporting multi-brand, multi-market launches across various event types.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to establish event platform frameworks, data integrity standards, and operational processes that support organizational growth and compliance.

Bachelor's degree required; Project Management Masters or MBA preferred.

Minimum 7+ years of progressive events platform and CRM operations experience with demonstrated leadership.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals.

Strong knowledge and experience with Veeva Events and Congresses, data governance, compliance (PhRMA guidelines), and event management systems.

Experienced leader capable of influencing enterprise platform strategy across multiple business units and complex, matrixed organizations.

Proven ability to architect and evolve scalable event management solutions integrating compliance, transparency reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Effective communicator in English with skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of platform enhancements across global teams.
