Own and manage end-to-end fixed assets accounting process using SAP including capitalization, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations with the general ledger.
Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Identify and drive automation, efficiency, and process improvements; lead transition planning, training, and mentorship of team members, acting as key contact across functions.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in fixed assets accounting or general ledger.
Proficiency in SAP Asset Accounting module and strong Excel skills; experience with Blackline is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, MCom, CA (IPCC), or CMA (Inter) certification preferred.
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles and compliance with SOX/internal controls.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in fixed assets accounting or general ledger.
