Manage and deliver General Ledger (GL) monthly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy in Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation and Manual Journal Entries.
Ensure compliance with Sanofi accounting policies, internal controls, audit, and SOX requirements during period-end closings, aligned with the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, coach junior analysts, and maintain expert knowledge of GL accounting and reporting activities across multiple entities.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional Qualification such as CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
4-8 years of proven experience in GL accounting with exposure to international multicultural environments; 1-2 years experience for CA/ACCA/CPA qualified candidates.
Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO as an end user and proficiency in MS Excel; strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experienced in global finance or business services environments handling Account to Report (A2R) processes with multiple geographies exposure.
Demonstrated ability to lead month-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance under tight deadlines.
