Design and implement complex data models and maintain comprehensive people analytics KPIs including headcount, attrition, and internal movement.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analyses using Visier and other global data visualization tools to support strategic HR initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and digital teams to support data extraction, analysis, and governance for people data insights.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of data modeling and data extraction expertise.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with people analytics KPIs and Visier visualization application.
Strong experience in people data and HR analytics including calculation of key metrics.
Proficient with global data visualization tools (Visier mandatory), HR systems like Workday, and SQL/Power BI DAX; Python proficiency is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in advanced people analytics and familiar with global HR data governance and agile development in international environments.
