Implement sourcing strategies and lead category sourcing for Air & Sea Transportation across all business units globally.
Conduct Global RFPs, negotiate contracts including renewals and rate cards, and manage supplier relationships with performance reviews.
Deliver savings targets, report on sourcing status and risks, and ensure procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Risk Management, Compliance, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in procurement or related field; experience in Logistics/Operations, specifically Transportation, is advantageous.
University degree in relevant field such as economics or supply chain.
Fluency in English mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in procurement or related field.

Experienced in strategic sourcing within global, cross-functional environments, preferably in manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present strategies.
