Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product management, and senior leadership to set AI product agendas, technical priorities, and future technology roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software design, development, and automated deployments.
Mandatory proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Spark, with experience in cloud-based solutions, microservices architecture, CI/CD tools, and scalable data processing Java applications.
Experience integrating foundational LLM models, RAG framework using Spring AI and LangChain4j, embedded Vector DBs, and Redis-based semantic caching.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high and low level system design for data-intensive applications and modern web applications at scale.
Skilled in both front-end and back-end development with strong knowledge of distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud native development concepts.
Capable of mentoring engineers and working collaboratively across global teams to translate complex business requirements into AI/ML technical deliverables.
