About This Role
- Lead and architect multi-tenant Contact Center Platform and AI/Machine Learning systems ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage a team of senior managers, engineers, and data scientists, including talent acquisition, development, and mentoring.
- Drive modernization of applications, automation (CI/CD), telemetry for operational excellence, and oversee technical impact analysis and RCA implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 15+ years experience in software engineering or related area.
- Experience with cloud-native distributed systems (Azure/GCP/WCNP preferred), microservices architecture, and scalable platform design.
- Experience managing software development teams and leading engineering projects.
