Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years overall software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management managing teams of 8+ engineers including tech leads or managers.
Strong foundation in Java backend and/or full-stack development (Java + React).
Knowledge and experience with HIPAA/HITECH compliance, PHI/ePHI data governance, and healthcare software regulatory complexities.
