Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 years experience OR 7 years experience in software engineering or related area.
Strong expertise in Java/J2EE/Spring technologies and microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years with degree, or 7 years without degree in relevant software engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and maintaining large-scale IAM microservices deployed on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Skilled in mentoring teams and driving best practices in security and scalable software engineering across distributed systems.
Familiarity with messaging systems, logging and monitoring tools, API standards, and accessible/inclusive technology implementation preferred but not mandatory.
