Drive design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, robust, and secure next-generation platforms used for marketing, ad delivery, and customer engagement across multiple countries.
Lead full stack development with hands-on coding covering frontend technologies (JavaScript, ReactJS) and backend services (Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes) while ensuring application quality, performance, and best practices.
Provide mentoring to team members, lead strategic technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovation and engineering excellence in platform development.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and platform development.
Proficiency in Java (backend), Spring Boot, frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS), Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field plus 4 years experience OR 6 years experience in software engineering without degree requirement.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies (GCP/Azure), DevOps practices, and familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
