Own production services responsibilities such as on-call support, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience building large-scale distributed systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area.
Strong programming skills in Java and ReactJS.
Experience with distributed stream processing frameworks, relational (MSSQL) and non-relational (Cassandra) databases, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing fault-tolerant, low-latency, cloud-native microservices with strong observability and performance tuning skills.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with ability to independently drive projects from design through production rollout.
