Lead design, build, testing, and deployment of scalable backend services impacting millions of users, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Drive cross-organizational technical alignment, mentor senior engineers, establish engineering standards, and lead multi-quarter delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives from ambiguous requirements to production.
Proficiency in Java and/or Spring framework, experience with scalable backend services, and knowledge of RESTful Web Services.
Experience with agentic AI and LLM-based workflow automation at production scale and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of setting architectural direction and driving consensus across large, distributed teams and geographies.
Strong system design expertise with emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency in complex, high-ambiguity environments.
