About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, robust, and secure next-generation platforms for marketing, ad delivery, and customer engagement across multiple countries.
- Drive end-to-end delivery including design discussions, technical decisions, and coordination with architects, product management, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement cloud-based microservices platforms using Java frameworks, adhering to quality, cost, and delivery standards within architectural guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and platforms.
- Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Proficient with Java (SpringBoot, Dropwizard or equivalent), Microservices, RESTful web services, cloud architecture, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps/CI-CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with at least 4 years software engineering experience, or 6 years of software engineering experience without degree.

- Experienced in owning and delivering large-scale, cloud-based microservices projects end-to-end in global, multi-country environments.
- Comfortable collaborating across geographies and with multiple stakeholder teams including product, architecture, and engineering worldwide.
- Strong hands-on development skills with ability to prototype solutions and drive technical decisions aligned with strategic initiatives.
