Minimum Requirements
13+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka, including knowledge of processing semantics.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures on Azure, including Kubernetes (WCNP/Azure AKS), Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, and observability tools.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with minimum 5 years experience, or 7 years experience without degree; Master’s degree preferred with 3 years experience.
