Lead execution of large, complex technical programs in Post Transaction & Returns for Sam’s Club eCommerce.
Manage cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver initiatives supporting growth and member strategies.
Identify and mitigate program risks, communicate effectively across levels including senior leadership, and standardize program management practices and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field with 5+ years experience in engineering or technical/program/product management OR 7+ years experience in related fields without degree.
10+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
Prior experience as a systems or software engineer (not necessarily coding, but familiar with design and architecture).
Experience in retail eCommerce industry and proficient with Jira and Confluence for program tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to influence and communicate with senior leadership up to VP/SVP level.
Strong background in software engineering and eCommerce domain to understand technical and functional landscapes.
Proven ability to drive consistency and continuous improvement in technical program execution across distributed teams.
