Lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management for Walmart US Commercial Finance teams to support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
Drive financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis with actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
Build financial models, manage P&L consolidation and reporting, lead stakeholder discussions, ensure compliance and process governance, and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes leveraging technologies like SAP, Power-BI, and GenAI.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent qualification.
5–6 years of relevant FP&A experience is mandatory.
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, or OneStream, and proficiency in Power-BI and advanced Excel.
Work Experience Required: 5–6 years in FP&A; Location: Bangalore/Chennai office with daily onsite work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance business partnering within large matrix organizations, preferably with global stakeholder exposure.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills combined with proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Knowledge of retail or e-commerce domains and experience with COE/Shared Services and automation tools (Power BI, SQL) is advantageous.
