Manage and support enterprise-scale block, file, object, and Kubernetes container storage platforms including provisioning, tuning, capacity planning, health monitoring, and troubleshooting replication/performance issues.
Lead storage lifecycle activities such as upgrades, migration, and technology refresh; provide architecture guidance for application onboarding and modernization.
Develop automation for provisioning, snapshotting, replication, and monitoring using Python, REST APIs, SDKs, and CI/CD tools; maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area with 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area, OR 6 years' experience without degree.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms (e.g. NetApp, Pure, Cohesity Vast), SAN (FC/iSCSI), NAS (NFS/SMB), and object storage.
Hands-on experience deploying and operating Portworx in Kubernetes and strong understanding of Kubernetes storage concepts (CSI, PV/PVC, Storage Classes).
Proficiency in Python programming with knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, and experience with CI/CD with Terraform, Ansible, Helm for infrastructure as code and version-controlled deployments.
