Drive design, development, and maintenance of scalable platform capabilities and shared infrastructure supporting Walmart eCommerce Search services.
Lead DevOps automation, CI/CD implementation, performance engineering, monitoring, incident response, and continuous operational improvements for Search systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineers, promoting engineering standards and delivering measurable improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable software systems, infrastructure or tooling.
Proficient in backend programming with Java, Python, Go or similar languages.
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring and incident management.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 4 years software engineering experience, or 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
