About This Role
- Develop and maintain Walmart's APAC Travel Safety program including governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate travel risk assessments, advisories, and support during travel disruptions or security incidents.
- Support crisis coordination, executive travel security planning, and communication across multiple business functions in the APAC region.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Program Management, Travel Risk Management, Crisis Management, Security Operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security) or equivalent experience as specified.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and supporting incident/crisis response activities.
- Location: Bengaluru, India (role based in Bangalore/Chennai office).

- Experienced in multinational organizations with geographically distributed operations, focusing on travel risk and crisis management.
- Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to build scalable programs and coordinate across teams during disruptions.
