Manage and lead a team of 5-10 software engineers and engineering leads across multiple technology stacks including Java and NodeJS.
Drive the design, development, implementation, and documentation of scalable, robust, and resilient distributed backend systems supporting transportation optimization and planning at massive scale.
Collaborate with product, business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership to define technical vision, roadmaps, and delivery priorities aligned with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years managing engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with Java and NodeJS backend systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions desirable.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins), testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), databases (Relational and NoSQL), caching technologies (Redis, Memcache), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring high-performing agile teams in a large-scale distributed system environment.
Strong technical background in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native development practices for logistics and supply chain domains or similar complexity.
