Strong expertise with backend technologies (Java, Spring/Springboot) and building cloud-distributed microservices (Azure preferred) in production for 2-3 years.
Experience leading full lifecycle delivery of large-scale cloud-based projects and managing teams of 10-12 engineers.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 years software engineering experience OR 7 years software engineering with 2 years supervisory experience; Master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to own and deliver scalable, distributed cloud services using event-driven architecture in Azure environment.
Experienced in stakeholder and program management as well as engineering excellence including code quality and operational performance.
