Own end-to-end design, development, deployment, and operation of production GenAI, agentic AI, and ML systems impacting millions of Walmart associates.
Architect and manage stateful AI experiences including conversation state, long-term memory, context persistence, and retrieval strategies.
Drive evaluation strategies for GenAI systems including offline benchmarks, online A/B testing, continuous quality monitoring, and enforce trustworthy AI practices such as guardrails and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years professional experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI/ML and GenAI systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field.
Hands-on experience with GenAI solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration), agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph or equivalents), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in AI/ML related roles as per role summary and preferred qualifications.
