Design, develop, implement, and document scalable, cloud-native product features primarily in Java, with some involvement in NICE CXone platform configuration and development.
Build, test, deploy, and support production systems with responsibility for code quality, reliability, security, and operational excellence following a 'you build it, you run it' mindset.
Collaborate with architects, product management, and global engineering teams to deliver solutions meeting quality, cost, and delivery standards within established architectural guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in software design and development of highly-scalable applications and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.S.).
Proficiency in Java, Microservices architecture, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and cloud architecture.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Agile Scrum methodology, and willingness to learn/configure NICE CXone platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced hands-on senior software engineer with strong expertise in Java and distributed systems design, comfortable owning full software lifecycle and operational support.
Able to make sound architectural tradeoff decisions in complex environments and collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders globally.
Demonstrates capability to work with cloud-native technologies, containerization, Kubernetes, and Agile workflows in large-scale enterprise environments.
