Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development.
Proficiency in Java, microservices architecture, cloud architecture, and knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
Work location: Bangalore office, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on engineer with strong expertise in Java, distributed systems design, and platform engineering.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments, able to make architectural tradeoffs and operational decisions in complex distributed systems.
Willingness to learn and contribute within NICE CXone platform and comfortable collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
