Lead planning and execution of complex technical programs supporting eCommerce and Merchandising at Sam’s Club from India.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to define and drive delivery of scalable, high-availability solutions.
Monitor program progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status and decisions to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years experience in engineering, technical program management, or product management; OR 7 years experience in these areas without degree.
10+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives as a Technical Program Manager with software engineering background.
Experience working with system design, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycle.
Location: Role based in Bangalore office with flexibility for personal life management.

Experienced technical program manager with strong software engineering foundation capable of contributing to design and architecture discussions.
Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders such as VPs and SVPs.
