About This Role
- Lead and manage engineering teams to build and deploy scalable AI platform solutions impacting millions of users globally.
- Define technical strategy and drive architecture and design for core AI agent engines, automated evaluation, and governance pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional leadership to deliver enterprise-grade cloud services and set future platform roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years in design and development of scalable applications/platforms, with 4+ years in engineering team management.
- Proficient in system design for large-scale distributed architectures, with expertise in Java, Scala, Springboot, Microservices, NodeJs, Python, web technologies (React/Angular), RESTful services, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years software engineering with 4+ years managerial experience.
