Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js/React.js (front-end) and Java/Spring Boot (back-end) to power large-scale retail and eCommerce platforms.
Build and operate RESTful APIs, event-driven services (Kafka), and deploy containerized workloads on GCP/Azure Kubernetes environments ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features using Agile methodologies, integrate AI/ML elements, and drive platform modernization and technical improvements.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java with Spring Boot/Spring WebFlux, and Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kubernetes deployment on GCP or Azure, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2 years experience OR 4 years experience in software engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building consumer-facing eCommerce or retail platform features at scale with focus on performance and maintainability.
Strong backend and frontend engineering skills with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures and container orchestration.
Comfortable working in a global Agile environment integrating AI/ML features and improving system reliability and developer experience.
