About This Role
- Design, develop and deploy AI-enabled products primarily in the Fintech domain to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Tech, and Product teams to align priorities and execute data science initiatives driving actionable insights.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML best practices, including ML Ops, resource optimization, and production-grade scalable AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years in analytics OR Master's degree with 2+ years OR 6+ years experience in analytics or related field.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML systems at scale, including machine learning models in production.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, AI/ML stack, large-scale data handling, and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Experience building AI agents using RAG architectures and LLM orchestration frameworks, with strong AI engineering skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AI/ML projects with end-to-end ownership from design to production in a complex enterprise environment, preferably fintech-related.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategy and driving actionable insights.
- Strong with AI agent design and optimization, including advanced LangGraph and LLM orchestration techniques, reflecting expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies.
