Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years in analytics OR Master's degree with 2+ years OR 6+ years experience in analytics or related field.
Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML systems at scale, including machine learning models in production.
Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, AI/ML stack, large-scale data handling, and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Experience building AI agents using RAG architectures and LLM orchestration frameworks, with strong AI engineering skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI/ML projects with end-to-end ownership from design to production in a complex enterprise environment, preferably fintech-related.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategy and driving actionable insights.
Strong with AI agent design and optimization, including advanced LangGraph and LLM orchestration techniques, reflecting expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies.
