Own end-to-end payroll expense accounting, including monthly closing, accurate cost classification, and payroll accruals management.
Manage RSU & ESOP accounting, payroll statutory compliance, and control governance to minimize risk.
Lead payroll MIS reporting with analysis, automation projects, audit support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Professional qualification: CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent plus Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial control, or related domain, preferably in multinational or large Indian companies.
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IND AS/IFRS, tax regulations, and payroll statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel, financial ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others), and automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance professional with deep domain expertise in payroll accounting, compliance, and equity compensation accounting.
Capable of managing complex month-end close processes and delivering detailed management reporting with actionable insights.
