Develop complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems using Java Spring Boot and Cassandra to support the Walmart Fulfillment Engine platform.
Collaborate with Product team to analyze requirements and bridge gaps between existing systems and customer needs.
Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, regression testing, and guide team members in defect prevention and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
3+ years experience in design and development of highly scalable distributed applications, especially multi-tenant SaaS products.
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, data structures, algorithms, microservices, RESTful web services, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of at least one cloud platform such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with high-scale, distributed ordering and fulfillment systems, preferably in e-commerce or supply chain domain.
Comfortable in an agile development environment and proficient with automated CI/CD deployment tools.
Able to provide technical leadership in RCA/RCCA and foster collaborative learning across engineers.
