Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform services, including architecture decisions and standards.
Design and build scalable, resilient Java-based microservices and full-stack features integrating backend and frontend technologies, ensuring platform-first, spec-driven engineering practices.
Drive engineering excellence initiatives encompassing security compliance, CI/CD automation, observability, mentoring engineers, and improving platform reliability and business value.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field OR 6 years experience in software engineering or related area.
12+ years of experience building cloud-based highly resilient and scalable systems (must be consistent with 'What you'll bring' section).
Technical skills: Expert level in Java (17/21), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, relational & NoSQL databases, React, Node.js.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experienced senior engineer familiar with large-scale supply chain or logistics technology platforms with end-to-end ownership.
