About This Role
- Design, develop, implement, and test embedded OS frameworks and software for next-generation Smart TV platforms, impacting millions of users' experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI, Middleware, and Hardware teams to integrate and optimize Smart TV features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to unit and system-level integration testing using BDD frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong knowledge of embedded system architecture and resource management, with experience in RTOS/Linux embedded systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ (C++17 or later) for embedded systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in embedded OS frameworks for consumer electronics, particularly Smart TV or similar devices.
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively across software layers (UI to hardware) in a complex product platform.
- Has hands-on experience with testing frameworks (BDD, Google Test) and mentoring junior engineers in an agile environment.
