Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform services, including data modeling and persistence strategies for SQL & NoSQL databases.
Design and build scalable, high-throughput Java-based microservices using domain-driven design, event-driven patterns (Kafka), API-first principles, and implement frontend features with React and Node.js frameworks.
Lead engineering excellence initiatives such as CI/CD automation, security compliance, observability engineering, mentoring senior engineers, and driving continuous innovation in development workflows and supply chain processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field OR 6+ years software engineering experience; Master’s degree with 2+ years experience preferred.
12+ years of relevant experience building cloud-based highly resilient and scalable systems.
Strong skills in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, both relational and NoSQL databases, React, and Node.js.
Advanced exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and containerization ecosystem (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in architecting and delivering large-scale, cloud-native supply chain or e-commerce platforms, preferably with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional architectural alignment and mentor senior engineers on complex design and operational matters.
Strong expertise integrating AI/ML model APIs and adopting GenAI tools to drive innovation in spec generation and platform capabilities.
