Lead design, build, and enhancement of enterprise-scale SAP Payroll solutions supporting 1.6+ million associates, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
Drive payroll modernization by simplifying processes, reducing technical debt, improving automation, and enhancing reliability, scalability, and performance of payroll systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex business and regulatory payroll requirements into scalable, supportable payroll features and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale SAP solutions with expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP ABAP HR, and related technologies.
Strong technical knowledge in payroll processes including payroll calculations, taxation, garnishments, off-cycle payments, and year-end activities.
Experience supporting payroll for populations exceeding 50,000 employees in complex enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related field with 4 years software engineering experience; or 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in SAP Payroll architecture and payroll processing lifecycle including enhancements (BAdIs, user exits), integration (IDocs, APIs), and performance tuning for large-volume payroll.
Experienced working within agile product organizations delivering highly available, business-critical payroll services at scale.
Proven ability to lead critical payroll initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with product, engineering, HR, finance, tax, and compliance teams to deliver complex, enterprise payroll solutions.
