About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of SAP Payroll features supporting 1.6M+ associates, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payroll processing at enterprise scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex payroll business requirements into scalable SAP payroll technical solutions, including integrations with multiple enterprise platforms.
- Drive payroll modernization, troubleshooting, testing, performance tuning, and operational excellence activities to improve payroll reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience with enterprise-scale SAP solutions including deep SAP ABAP and SAP Payroll (ABAP HR) technical expertise.
- Strong experience with payroll schemas, clusters, postings to Finance, and large-volume payroll performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, CIS, Software Engineering or related with minimum 4 years software engineering experience OR 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
