Lead major incident response for critical global e-commerce infrastructure, driving fast service restoration across complex distributed systems.
Proactively monitor, detect, and resolve site issues affecting availability, collaborating closely with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams on cloud platforms and micro-services.
Develop automation, tools, and operational procedures to improve system availability, incident detection, and continuous improvement of incident management processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, IT, or related and 3 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering (compute, storage, network, mobility, virtualization) OR 5 years' experience without degree.
Expert-level understanding of incident management processes and major incident response.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, log analysis, understanding distributed systems, and cloud/platform infrastructure.
Location: Bangalore, India office (daily work onsite with flexible personal management).
