About This Role
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Walmart US Commercial Finance teams.
- Provide variance analysis, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights to influence data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes while collaborating on finance transformation using tools like SAP and Power-BI.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification or equivalent mandatory.
- 5-6 years of relevant FP&A experience required.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and stakeholder management skills mandatory.
- Experience with financial systems (SAP/Hyperion/Essbase/OneStream), Power-BI, and advanced Excel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in large matrix, global organizations with global stakeholder management.
- Exposure to retail or e-commerce sectors and COE/shared services preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, complex environments, driving finance transformation and governance.
