Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of large-scale SAP Payroll solutions supporting over 1.6 million associates monthly.
Lead payroll feature development including payroll calculations, taxation, garnishments, benefits deductions, time integration, off-cycle payments, payroll corrections, and year-end compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, HR, Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and maintainable payroll solutions.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years implementing and supporting SAP Payroll solutions with deep US Payroll statutory compliance expertise.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll, including schema design and PCR development.
Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations including multi-state taxation and wage attachments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with 4 years software engineering experience; OR 6 years software engineering experience without degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record leading payroll modernization and large-scale payroll platform implementations within complex enterprise environments.
Experience integrating SAP Payroll with related business systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP FI/CO, tax and banking systems.
Skilled in analytical troubleshooting of payroll calculations, payroll schemas, reconciliation processes and capable of driving operational excellence in payroll services.
