Own end-to-end design of payroll capabilities across SAP HCM Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and integrated HR, Finance, Tax systems.
Drive payroll operational excellence by improving accuracy, automation, auditability, and compliance at enterprise scale.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience leading enterprise-scale SAP Payroll transformations with focus on US Payroll compliance and modernization.
Expertise in US payroll domains including taxation, retroactive accounting, garnishments, benefits deductions, year-end processing, and regulatory mandates.
Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, SuccessFactors, Workday integration, and payroll modernization/cloud transformation programs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with minimum 5 years software engineering experience, or 7 years software engineering experience without degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive experience designing enterprise payroll ecosystems integrating multiple HR, Finance, Tax, and banking systems in large, complex organizations.
Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP HCM Payroll modernization, mergers/acquisitions payroll integration, and cloud payroll transformations.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring architects, engineers, and payroll specialists across global payroll governance.
