Build and maintain demand forecasts and detailed capacity plans to support staffing decisions for CES business vertical.
Monitor business trends and forecast accuracy to identify risks and recommend adjustments in workforce plans.
Collaborate with Operations and Data Science to translate forecasts into actionable staffing strategies and improve forecasting models.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
3-5 years experience in Workforce Management, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Operational or Business Analytics; contact center workforce management experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets; experience with Workforce Management tools preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in related analytical or workforce planning roles.
