Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.
Minimum 8 years software engineering experience with at least 5 years in supervisory or leadership roles; or 10 years software engineering experience with 5 years supervisory experience.
Technical expertise in build systems, artifact management, CI/CD, deployment orchestration, cloud-native delivery, and software supply chain security.
Experience leading distributed global teams and managing platform engineering transformations; location based in Bangalore, India with daily office presence.

Proven leader of large, distributed platform or developer experience teams driving significant engineering transformations.
