Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical and electronics components including wiring harness, PCBA, connectors, and bought-out assemblies.
Lead supplier development initiatives focusing on localization, cost reduction, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and new product introduction sourcing.
Manage supplier performance metrics, contracts, and strategic relationships while coordinating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
8–15 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Development.
Strong experience in sourcing electrical components, wiring harness, and PCBA.
Experience in Elevator, Automotive, or Industrial Electronics industries preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supplier development and localization with a track record of cost optimization and risk management in electrical/electronics sourcing.
Familiar with manufacturing readiness processes including PPAP, APQP, and supplier audits.
Capable of leading cross-functional collaboration and managing supplier commercial negotiations and long-term partnerships.
