Operate and administer IBM MQ Series and Aspera Managed File Transfer platforms to ensure continuous availability and high throughput.
Perform configuration, maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting of MQ queue managers, channels, clusters, and Aspera FASP protocol.
Take primary responsibility for incident triage, monitoring, and escalation within SLA adherence, including on-call rotational duties.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM MQ Series and Managed File Transfer (Aspera).
Proficiency with TLS/SSL encryption standards for file and message transport.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to participate in shifts and on-call rotations as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in production environment operations with strong incident triage and troubleshooting skills under SLA pressure.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, incident-driven setting with ownership mindset.
Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and certified in IBM MQ Series and Managed File Transfer (preferred).
