Administer and support Axway B2Bi and IBM Ecommerce platforms to ensure reliable, compliant B2B/EDI transactional data exchange between Lilly and external partners.
Onboard new trading partners by configuring connections, validating EDI envelopes (X12, EDIFACT), and certifying test transactions before go-live.
Monitor end-to-end B2B transaction flows, troubleshoot and resolve failed or delayed transactions within SLA, and maintain translation/mapping logic for standard EDI document types.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience administering or developing on Axway B2Bi or equivalent B2B integration platform and IBM Ecommerce.
Hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12 and/or EDIFACT) and B2B transport protocols (AS2, OFTP2, SFTP).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant B2B/EDI integration platform administration and support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and troubleshooting B2B/EDI integrations in a 24x7 production environment with strong incident management skills.
Skilled in trading-partner onboarding and certification processes with deep understanding of EDI standards and transport protocols.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment with ability to handle shifts/on-call rotations and follow ITIL processes.
