Lead planning and execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and quality.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years experience in project/program management, business transformation, or digital deployment in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Experience with PLM systems (e.g., QbDVision) and tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in pharma or life sciences project/program management or digital deployment.
