Architect and build production-ready AI/ML systems including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and small language models for commercial and field engagement use cases.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from design, training, fine-tuning, deployment, to monitoring and continuous improvement with strong focus on scalability, reliability, governance, and user impact.
Lead technical standards, best practices, and mentoring across teams while influencing product and architectural decisions for AI/ML capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience building and deploying production machine learning or AI solutions.
3+ years experience specifically with generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in PyTorch; TensorFlow experience preferred.
Experience designing and deploying AI services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and experiment tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technical contributor comfortable leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions in complex AI/ML environments.
