Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the stability, observability, and operational quality of a multi-application production estate with measurable reliability outcomes.
Own escalation during major incidents and ensure engineering work focuses on durable improvements rather than manual operations or status reporting.
Drive the transition from manual operations to automated engineering solutions, maintaining compliance and audit readiness in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
16+ years progressive engineering experience with at least 5 years managing engineering teams in Site Reliability, Production Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Hands-on experience managing multi-application production estates including on-call ownership and incident escalation; must have run a 24×7 on-call practice across geographies.
Working fluency with SRE technical stack (SLOs, error budgets, observability tools, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, container platforms, and public cloud).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or closely related engineering field; Experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, or equivalent) relevant for compliance.
