Own the end-to-end agentic resolution platform, including cloud-native infrastructure, agent runtime, LLM integrations, observability, and human-in-the-loop fallback.
Ship and maintain production platform services and intelligent agent capabilities with measurable outcomes: operational deflection, toil reduction, platform availability, and developer velocity.
Set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and partner cross-functionally to scale agentic intelligence systems and automation at enterprise scale.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years in technology with hands-on architecture and delivery of automation, AIOps, agentic systems, or cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
Proven track record of measurable operational deflection or toil reduction in production environments with technical ownership.
Deep expertise in agentic system design, LLM application patterns (prompt engineering, RAG), Kubernetes (EKS), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and one major cloud AI stack (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field; role is onsite in Hyderabad with flexible/shift work hours.

Senior individual contributor with strong domain expertise in 2-3 areas among agentic AI, LLM applications, cloud-native platforms, and developer tooling.
Experience delivering high-availability, regulated production systems with security engineering in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
Skilled at balancing strategic architecture and hands-on coding in Python/Go with the ability to influence engineering practices, guide peers, and scale systems rather than relying on individual effort.
