About This Role
- Serve as the final-escalation authority and on-call anchor during assigned shifts, leading L1/L2/L3 operations engineers and making incident-disposition decisions in real time.
- Debug and isolate faults across a broad technology estate including low-code platforms, SaaS, traditional enterprise stacks, RPA, integration middleware, and data/analytics platforms, using logs, traces, and code reading without needing deep domain expertise.
- Drive engineering-grade root-cause analyses and oversee major incident responses, coordinating cross-team communications and operational readiness including runbook validation and compliance in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional technology experience with at least four years in production incident response and named on-call ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to debug across at least four technology families (low-code, SaaS, enterprise stacks, RPA, integration, data platforms) with shipped fixes in three.
- Working fluency in one major cloud platform (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable) and one observability platform (Splunk preferred or equivalent), plus scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field; availability for flexible/on-site shift work in Hyderabad.

- Capable of quickly learning new technology families in weeks and mentoring junior operation engineers in debugging across stacks.
