Software Product Manager - CTI MD India

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products within CTI-MD, ensuring measurable improvements in key departmental KPIs.

Lead product discovery, technical leadership, and delivery efforts including user research, solution evaluation, backlog prioritization, and working closely with engineering in Agile environments.

Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation adoption in product development, while managing stakeholder relationships and sharing product management best practices across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

6+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related roles leading software products through full lifecycle.

Strong technical skills including software engineering fundamentals, cloud and data platforms, ability to read and contribute to code and prototypes.

Experience working in regulated environments like pharmaceutical or life sciences domains; familiarity with GxP, validation, data integrity, security, privacy, and compliance.

Experienced in pharmaceutical, life sciences, clinical development, manufacturing, or regulatory domains with a practical understanding of regulated environments.

Hands-on technical product manager comfortable bridging business, engineering, data, and operations teams with ability to build prototypes and engage in architecture discussions.

Able to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems globally and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
